1. Does the Aegis exokernel violate the philosophy behind exokernels
by abstracting the CPU as a time-sliced processor with round-robin
scheduling?

2. What benefits would be gained by restructuring Linux or Windows as
a library OS on top of an exokernel, assuming that only one OS is
running at any particular time?
